Every morning and I mean, EVERY morning, I make a Green Berry Smoothie! It helps to get some veggies, fruits and protein in my body first thing in the morning!
Recently, I’ve received several emails and FB messages from people inquiring about recipes to support a plant based diet. I’m thrilled to hear people are embracing being a vegetarian or vegan, even if it’s only 1 or 2 days out the week!
I’m more than happy to share some recipes, which have aided me in transitioning into an Ayurveda friendly, plant based lifestyle.

GREEN BERRY SMOOTHIE
*Almond Milk – 1-1/2 cups
*Water – 1/4 a cup
*Handfuls of the following: (at least choose 2 berries)
*Spinach – 1 cup
*Teaspoon of Chia seeds
*Almonds – 10 almonds
